Amazing to watch a crab shedding its shell (moulting)-- even the eyes have to pop out!

The Crooked Forest in Poland has many oddly bent trees.

There's an ancient anagram / tiled words, called the Sator Square. Also, unrelated item-- University of Irvine has about 37000 students total.

Sator Square But I was not impressed by UCal Irvine's student center's food offerings-- mostly just a panda express, subway, and jamba juice.  Of course, they do have all sorts of things just across the road, like Chick-fil-a, mendocino farms, and a Trader Joe's Also, Corona del mar beach is right near Newport beach, but it doesn't seem like there's any place to eat right on the beach (just one shop)

In seahorses, the male gives birth.

In seahorses, the male gives birth.  This is partly because we consider the sex of an animal by the size of its gametes (sex cells)-- so the ones with the larger gametes are considered females, and the smaller are males.  In seahorses, the males carry the baby and give birth. I also learned a new term-- "seahorse dads"-- to describe trans men who give birth https://youtu.be/MsHCqrrU-Gk https://theconversation.com/the-secret-sex-life-and-pregnancy-of-a-seahorse-dad-46599#:~:text=Even%20though%20fish%20don't,(sex%20cells)%20they%20produce.
